Allegris is Lufthansa's new long-haul cabin, and eleven more destinations get it when the winter timetable starts on 25 October 2026, the schedule airlines fly from late October to late March. On each of those routes some flights have it and the rest keep the old cabin, at the same fare. Only the aircraft type and the seat map say which one you bought.
Which routes get Allegris
From Frankfurt: Vancouver, Houston, Denver, Atlanta, Detroit, San José in Costa Rica, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, and Chennai from March 2027. From Munich: Singapore from late October, then Washington and Cape Town in spring 2027.
Kuala Lumpur is the one genuinely new destination: five flights a week from Frankfurt from 25 October, on a Boeing 787-9.
First class flies only from Munich
The Allegris A350s are based in Munich and the Allegris 787-9s in Frankfurt, and the 787 has the same layout without first class. Ten A350-900s fly the cabin, the standard one with four first class suites, 38 business class seats, 24 premium economy and 201 economy. The suites are bookable at last.
One business cabin, several seats
Allegris business mixes seat types inside one cabin, including a middle pair sold as a double and seats with more space at a surcharge. Two passengers on the same flight can end up in markedly different seats for similar money, so read the seat map while you compare prices.
Check the aircraft, not the route
The sub-fleet moves during the season, so read the aircraft type again closer to departure. Lufthansa is also adding frequencies rather than destinations: Frankfurt to Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá, Lagos, Hyderabad and San José, Munich to São Paulo, Mexico City, Johannesburg and Washington.
A better cabin sells for whatever the market pays, and the same seat costs less bought elsewhere: comparing dates and departure cities is how you reach the new cabin without paying the new-cabin price.
