How it works
Business and First Class at better prices – via your home hub or departing abroad.
An airline sells the same cabin, on the same aircraft, on the same night, at a different price in every country it sells in. A search from your own airport never shows you those prices, because it only ever asks for a ticket that starts where you are. Row One asks the other question: where is this flight sold for less, and what does the short hop to get there cost?
Both examples below show one real search. Row One offers 2 search options: Via home hub and Via foreign hub; the drawings below show the routings and the ticket structure.
Row One's two search options, explained:
The seat you would have booked anyway
In Zurich you board the very SWISS aircraft you would have booked anyway, in the very same seat. The ticket just starts one short flight away and carries you through Zurich into that flight, at an unbeatable price.
This ticket is that same flight, at CHF 3'456, hop included.
CHF 5'182 less than the fare from Zurich
These totals include the hop home. In your own scan this shape can also be priced without the last short leg; the results then show both numbers, and you decide.
The connection nobody sells from Zurich
A short hop takes you to the start city. From there an airline sells the same trip at that country’s price, on a routing no search from Zurich will build for you. You fly every leg, and nothing goes to waste.
CHF 4'051 less than the fare from Zurich
What the marks mean
the short hop, a separate ticket you fly both ways · the ticket’s own connection · the long flight, in Business or First · where the ticket is sold, which is what sets the price
Price the trip you are already planning.

1
Tell us where you are going
Where from, where to, your dates, Business or First, and which of the two ticket shapes to price. Five questions, nothing else. Row One combines a short positioning flight with the cheaper long-haul fare out of a European hub, and so finds connections no other search engine offers.
2
First we price the flight you would have booked
Then we check the start cities around your airport for a ticket that undercuts that price, hop included.
3
The result first, then the subscription
A preview scan shows what you would save, before you pick a subscription. With the subscription you then see the flights and every provider selling them, with what each charges. You book from the provider you pick, with no markup.
Price the trip you are already planning.
A free preview scan prices your own dates and shows what you would save. There is no card to give us. A plan shows the flights.
